Role overview

We are seeking coaches for a range of contracts including seasonal (School holiday), evening, and weekend roles.

Job Title: Community Coach

Salary: £10.50 - £13.00 per hour

Contract Type: Ranging from 3 hours to 32 hours per week

Line Manager: Head of People

Role Summary: To plan and deliver outstanding experiences to

participants in the Foundations various programmes and

initiatives in line with our DNA, values and behaviours

Objectives:

To plan appropriate activities based on the needs of the specific programme and participants individual needs
To deliver a wide range of sessions to various participants and groups across delivery portfolio
To adhere to the Foundations safeguarding, EDI and health and safety requirements

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential

Experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions and programmes
Experience of coaching in different environments including community-based programme
NGB level one award in coaching or similar
Experience of working with young people in a sports environment
Ability to manage different groups effectively and safely
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

Knowledge of how young people learn and develop
NGB level two certificate in coaching or similar
Ability to differentiate to meet individual participant needs
Excellent communication and time management skills
