Help people achieve their dream of homeownership in a rewarding and customer-focused sales role.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll be responsible for the sale of affordable home ownership initiatives including shared ownership, shared ownership after sales, Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, as well as other housing sales such as disposals and acquisitions.

You’ll play a key part in helping customers navigate the home buying journey, working closely with internal teams, solicitors, mortgage advisors and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive experience. If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same and where you can make a real difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

Support customers through the full sales journey from enquiry to completion
Carry out viewings and undertake financial assessments
Lead on marketing strategies for developments and resales
Manage multiple cases at different stages, ensuring deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Get involved in new initiatives and support continuous service improvement

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Learns quickly and can confidently pick up new processes and information
Enjoys multitasking and managing a varied workload
Is proactive and not afraid to get stuck in and support the wider team
Is dependable, organised and able to meet deadlines
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Builds strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners
Has good attention to detail and works accurately under pressure
Holds a full driving licence and has access to their own vehicle
Is flexible and willing to work across different locations and outside standard hours when required
