Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to target audiences, with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives
Support the creation of compelling presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to analyze campaign performance and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing projects, demonstrating strong project management skills

Manage and update marketing databases and documentation using Microsoft Office tools, ensuring accuracy and organization

Experience

Proven proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and content development
Prior experience or strong interest in project management within a marketing context
Demonstrated analysis skills with the ability to interpret data using Microsoft Excel for strategic decision-making
Familiarity with B2B marketing principles and strategies that target other businesses effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with basic IT skills for digital tools management
Excellent time management skills that enable prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and initiative-taking within the department
