Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive our business growth through proactive client engagement and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new B2B (business-to-business) sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and terms effectively to close deals that benefit both the client and the company
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits
Manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication to move prospects through the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using IT tools for reporting purposes

Skills

Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Strong driving skills with a valid license for visiting clients at their locations or attending meetings outside the office
Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Exceptional customer service orientation coupled with outstanding communication skills in English
Proficiency in IT systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and MS Office applications
Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
