About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, including the Head of Compliance and Head of People & Business Operations.

This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations while enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, Head of Compliance, and Head of People & Business Operations.
Produce concise, accurate summaries of complex documents and develop thoroughly researched briefing notes that enable effective decision-making and support the delivery of key business objectives.
Manage complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling across multiple senior stakeholders.
Potential to attend leadership and management meetings, taking accurate notes and recording key decisions and actions.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, room bookings, and distribution of meeting materials.
Manage inboxes and correspondence, prioritising communications and drafting responses where appropriate.
Support the planning and coordination of business projects and strategic initiatives.
Organise travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries as required.
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Provide administrative support across compliance, people, and business operations activities where required.
Build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

About You

The successful candidate will be:

An experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Professional, trustworthy, and experienced in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
