Sales Executive – Uncapped Earnings, Unrivalled Opportunity at the Northwest’s No.1 Used Car Supermarket
Location: Fords of Winsford, Weaver Valley Road, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 3AL
OTE: £40,000 – £60,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Hours: Full-time | 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

Inspiring trust with customers face-to-face and over the phone
Matching people to cars — and to the right finance, insurance, and protection packages
Smashing targets while delivering an exceptional, no-pressure experience
Owning the process from enquiry to handover
Working as one team to create a dynamic, high-performance sales floor

Experience & Skills

✅ Background in sales — whether in automotive, retail, or a customer-focused role

✅ Experience selling finance, insurance, or protection products

✅ Confident communicator with excellent people skills

✅ Full UK driving licence
