About The Role

As a Crew Member, you will play an important role in delivering the Smoke & Pepper experience. Whether working Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH), you will help ensure every customer receives excellent service and every order meets our high standards.

You will work as part of a fast-paced team, preparing quality food, supporting smooth daily operations, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide excellent customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Prepare food and drinks according to Smoke & Pepper standards and recipes.
Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Keep kitchen, service areas, and dining spaces clean and organised.
Support dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations.
Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies when required.
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
Follow portion control and waste management procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Follow allergen procedures and communicate information accurately.
Support promotions and recommend products where appropriate.
Report any maintenance, safety, or operational issues to management.
Attend training sessions and continue developing your skills.
Support a positive, respectful, and team-focused workplace.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
