Experienced Carpenter Wanted

About Us

Benjamin Henry Ltd is a respected construction and joinery company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship across residential and commercial projects. Based at Coombe Mill, we take pride in our commitment to excellence and long-standing customer relationships.

The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced carpenter to join our skilled team. This is a hands-on role for someone confident across all aspects of carpentry, from structural work to detailed finishes.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of professional carpentry experience
Fully competent in both first fix and second fix carpentry
Must be proficient in cutting in roofs and understanding structural timber work
Able to read and work from detailed drawings with minimal supervision
Skilled in using all standard carpentry tools and equipment
Clean driving licence and own transport preferred
CSCS card is advantageous but not essential

Duties Will Include

Installing structural frameworks and partitions
Hanging doors, fitting skirting, architraves and ironmongery
Roof construction and all associated joinery
Working both independently and as part of a small team
Maintaining high levels of site cleanliness and safety
