Sous Chef

Join Our Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sous Chef to join our friendly and dedicated kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a professional environment with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and continuous development.

Working directly under the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, helping to deliver outstanding food and service standards while supporting menu development and maintaining industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in the management and operation of the kitchen.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality food service while working within budget parameters.
Assist in compiling and developing menus that meet customer expectations, industry good practice, and evolving customer needs.
Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of menu offerings.
Ensure adherence to all relevant accreditation standards and operational requirements.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
Work collaboratively within a small team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment during busy service periods.

About You

Previous experience in a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie role.
Passionate about delivering quality food and excellent customer experiences.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Predominantly Monday to Friday working pattern.
Typical working hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm.
