Renowned for its helpful staff and modern facilities and is dedicated to providing excellent hospitality experiences to its customers as well as ensuring its staff are happy in their roles.
Summary

This role as a Front of House Supervisor is vital in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to assist in leading our front-of-house team and uphold the hotel's reputation for warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
Serve customers and support front-of-house staff in the restaurant.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assit with reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train new team members and foster a positive team environment.
Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with stock control and ordering
Qualifications
Proven supervising or team management experience in hospitality or hotel settings.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality regulations.
Experience in restaurant and hotel operations is highly desirable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest service.
Previous experience with food preparation or culinary activities is advantageous.
