Full job description

** We're Hiring: Warranty and Invoicing Administrator at our Norwich Depot! **

Are you someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves staying organised? We're looking for an enthusiastic Warranty and Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent chance to grow your skills and become a key part of our dynamic team. With full training provided, you'll quickly get up to speed and help keep things running smoothly at the depot.

Your role will include:

-Compiling and submitting Warranty and repair and maintenance claims for multiple manufacturers (HGV & LCV vehicles)

- Responding promptly to any queried or rejection claims.

- Verifying manufacturers payments.

-Accurate record keeping and filing.

-Populating and running reports.

-Communicating with customers and suppliers to process payments and resolve queries.

-Assist and support all members of the team with emails and queries.

-And any other general admin tasks as directed by your line Manager.

Ideal candidate will:

-Have exceptional attention to detail – this is vital with us being a multi dealer franchise, as each manufacturer has different requirements.

-Be punctual and reliable.

-Interpersonal skills: work in a team of dynamic individuals, ability to remain professional through stressful situations

-Confident IT and Microsoft Office skills.

Desirable Skills:

-Motor trade or commercial vehicle experience.

-Warranty or invoicing administration background.

What we offer:

Annual leave: 31 days including Bank Holidays

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (no weekends!)

Competitive Pay, with training opportunities to progress

Pay: £26,500 - £30,000, depending on experience
