Deputy Manager – Full Time
Braydeston Court, Brundall NR13 5JX

£16.50 per hour

We are looking for a confident and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Braydeston Court. This is a key leadership role within the home, responsible for the safe and effective running of each shift while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

As a Deputy, you will provide strong, visible leadership on shift, supporting the team to deliver person-centred care, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring medication is administered safely and in line with best practice. You will also act as the first point of contact for staff, residents, and relatives, responding to any concerns and escalating where appropriate.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality care. You will be expected to lead by example, support and guide staff, and ensure all care is delivered in line with individual care plans and company standards.

Requirements:

Preferably hold a Level 3 qualification in Adult Health & Social Care
Experience in a senior or leadership role within a care setting
Confident in medication administration and shift management
Strong communication and decision-making skills

Shift Pattern:

12-hour shifts
Days: 8:00am – 8:00pm (Unpaid 1 hour break)
Set working pattern including every other weekend
