Are you a detail-oriented and driven individual? We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our Exclusions & Reintegration Team. This role is vital in supporting children and young people who are out of school, excluded, or accessing Alternative Provision. If you are passionate about making a difference, this is the opportunity for you!

As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing Team Inboxes: Handle enquiries and ensure timely responses.
Processing Referrals: Assist in the referral process to alternative providers.
Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records and update tracking systems.
Providing Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Knowledge of Mosaic/Synergy: While advantageous, training will be provided.
