Readypower Rail Services is looking for a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to support our operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based from our Nottingham Depot.

The role:

Daily management of the reception desk and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Ensure ordering and invoicing aspects of Operations are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
Greet visitors and inform the relevant person that their visitor has arrived.
Answer and screen incoming calls, directing callers to the appropriate department.
Scan payroll timesheets received in the post.
Book hotels as required for Operations and keep records up to date.
Ensure personal data is held securely, and in compliance with GDPR and company policy.

Requirements:

Previous work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
Friendly, professional attitude and appearance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong communication skills.
Be able to multitask and have good time management skills.
