Job Summary:

CardoPlus Payment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Payments Operations Manager to lead and optimize our payment operations in Manchester, England. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fintech organization where you will oversee payment processing, operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery. If you enjoy improving payment workflows, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional operational performance, we encourage you to apply.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily payment operations to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient transaction processing
Monitor payment performance, service levels, and operational KPIs
Develop and improve payment processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Lead, coach, and support the payments operations team
Collaborate with internal departments and external payment partners
Identify operational risks and implement effective controls
Support compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Investigate payment issues and drive timely resolutions
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Contribute to strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence

Requirements:

Experience in payments, financial services, banking, fintech, operations, or a related field is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of payment operations, process improvement, and operational controls is an advantage
Good organizational and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
