About the Role

Minik Yildizlar Early Learning Services Ltd provides early-years education support, nursery operations, family communications, learning-programme coordination and educational administration services.

We are looking for an organised, dependable and service-focused Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our daily administrative and educational operations.

The successful candidate will coordinate schedules, maintain operational records, support enrolment administration and communicate with families, employees, suppliers and service providers. You will work closely with managers and education-support teams to ensure that activities are completed accurately, safely and on schedule.

This mid-level position is suitable for candidates with experience in operations coordination, education administration, nursery support, office management, scheduling or customer services.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Coordination: Support the organisation of administrative, educational and family-service activities.

Schedule Management: Maintain staff schedules, meetings, appointments, training sessions and programme calendars.

Enrolment Administration: Process enquiries, application documents, enrolment records and approved family communications.

Family Communication: Respond professionally to routine enquiries and provide accurate information about services and procedures.

Operational Records: Maintain organised records relating to attendance, schedules, suppliers, training and service delivery.

Staff Support: Help employees access the documents, equipment, information and resources required for their work.

Supplier Coordination: Communicate with approved suppliers and monitor orders, deliveries and service appointments.

Facilities Support: Report workplace issues and coordinate approved maintenance, cleaning and safety-related requirements.

Training Administration: Schedule employee training and maintain records of completed courses and certifications.

Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, prepare documents and record agreed actions when required.

Document Preparation: Create routine letters, forms, schedules, reports and operational communications.

Inventory Monitoring: Track office, educational and operational supplies and arrange approved replenishment.

Policy Administration: Help distribute updated procedures and maintain current versions of operational documents.

Data Protection: Handle family, employee and organisational information confidentially and responsibly.

Process Improvement: Identify recurring administrative issues and recommend practical improvements to operational workflows.

What We Are Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in operations coordination, education administration, office support or a related position.
Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills.
Experience managing schedules, records and administrative processes.
Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities.
Good written and spoken English.
Professional and approachable communication skills.
Ability to communicate sensitively with families, employees and external providers.
Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and shared digital systems.
Ability to manage several priorities and respond to changing requirements.
Understanding of confidentiality and responsible information handling.
Practical problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Dependable, patient and collaborative approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification in Business Administration, Education, Early Childhood Studies or a related subject.
Experience working in education, childcare, family services or a regulated service environment.
Familiarity with enrolment, attendance or education-management systems.
Experience coordinating staff training and compliance records.
Knowledge of safeguarding awareness and appropriate escalation procedures.
Experience supporting suppliers, facilities or workplace services.
Familiarity with document-management and customer-relationship systems.
Additional language skills are advantageous but not required.

Pay: £33,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
