EQUANS is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Person to join the team in Newman RC College Oldham OL9 9QY. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £26,624.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift times:

Monday - Friday

6am - 2.20pm

10am- 6.30pm

12pm - 8.30pm

What will you deliver?

We are looking for a reliable and flexible caretaker to support the Oldham School contract. You will handle general maintenance, cleaning, and site duties, including opening and closing the building. The job requires practical experience, a clean driving licence, and the ability to travel between sites. Key tasks include supporting the school’s daily needs, reporting maintenance issues, and helping manage the cleaning team. This role may also involve occasional emergency call-outs.

For this role you must undergo A DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

Demonstrate strong practical maintenance skills
Have a good understanding of Health and Safety principles
Be able to follow site and company policies and procedures
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Provide cover for lettings as needed to support business requirements
