Job Overview

Forest Park Preparatory School is looking for a dynamic Marketing, Admissions & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique, high-impact role that combines strategic external growth with the vital daily administration of our nurturing school community.

Located in a secluded site in Sale, we are a school that prides itself on small classes, a rich curriculum, and a commitment to ensuring every child has the confidence to achieve their best. We are looking for an ambitious professional who shares that same determination for excellence.

The Role

This is a hybrid position for a versatile all-rounder. You will lead our marketing and admissions activities while acting as a key pillar of our front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Enrollment: Be the first point of contact for prospective families, managing the parent journey from initial enquiry to the first day of school.
Tell Our Story: Create engaging social media content (reels, stories, posts), manage the school website, and design high-quality marketing materials.
Event Management: Organise and lead Open Days, taster sessions, and community events.
Operational Excellence: Support the daily running of the school office, providing professional administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents.

About You

You might be a marketing professional looking for a role with more variety, or an experienced school administrator with a talent for digital engagement. Most importantly, you are:

A Natural Communicator: You can build rapport effortlessly and write compelling copy.
Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and social media platforms (experience with school MIS like iSAMS/SIMS is a plus).
Resilient & Proactive: You can juggle conflicting demands with a smile and a positive attitude.
Committed: You understand the importance of safeguarding and the unique ethos of the independent education sector.
