For our Weekend Practical Training Courses
We are seeking a dedicated, professional and experienced Reformer Pilates Tutor & Assessor to deliver our practical Reformer Pilates training courses at weekends.
This role is ideal for a passionate Pilates professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring and supporting students as they develop the practical skills, confidence and knowledge required to become high-quality Reformer Pilates instructors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging practical training sessions, assessing student progress and ensuring learners are trained to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical Reformer Pilates training courses on weekends
- Teach students correct Reformer Pilates technique, exercise execution and class delivery
- Support learners in developing confidence, teaching ability and professional standards
- Demonstrate exercises clearly and safely, including progressions, regressions and modifications
- Assess students’ practical skills, progress and understanding throughout the course
- Provide clear, constructive and supportive feedback to help students improve
- Observe practical teaching assessments and ensure students meet required course standards
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, feedback and student progress
- Create a positive, supportive and professional learning environment
- Ensure all training is delivered in line with course content, guidelines and industry best practice
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold high standards at all times
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience teaching Reformer Pilates
- Relevant Reformer Pilates qualification
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent teaching/training qualification
- Level 3 in Reformer Pilates
- Strong practical knowledge of Reformer Pilates technique, programming and safe instruction
- Experience teaching, mentoring, assessing or coaching students
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident delivering practical training to groups
- Ability to assess student ability and adapt support where needed
- Organised, reliable and professional
- Passionate about Pilates, education, health and wellbeing
- Available to deliver training courses at weekends
Desirable Requirements
- Assessor qualification, such as Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement or equivalent
- Previous experience delivering fitness, Pilates or wellbeing qualifications
- Experience assessing practical teaching observations
- Knowledge of regulated qualification standards and learner evidence requirements
- Experience supporting students through practical assessments and portfolios
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor to become part of our education team and help train the next generation of Reformer Pilates teachers.
You will play an important role in delivering our practical weekend training courses, supporting students through their learning journey and helping them develop the skills and confidence to teach safely and effectively.
