Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop care plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. The position is part time for nights and suitable for individuals committed to delivering exceptional nursing services in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards
Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures as required
Collaborate with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Provide guidance and leadership to junior staff and healthcare assistants
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records and treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the NMC
Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
Proficient in developing care plans and managing multiple priorities efficiently
Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards

Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
