Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced happy hands on dynamic Restaurant Manageress to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a smile This role involves managing staff and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving the restaurant’s success through personality and professionalism .

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a happy positive work environment
Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
Familiarity with serving procedures and hospitality standar
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences
