As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Account Executive to join our Account Management team.

As a Customer Account Executive, you'll be trusted to manage your own portfolio of business customers, becoming their key day-to-day contact and helping them get the most from their partnership with Zenith. You'll build lasting relationships, solve problems, provide valuable support and play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is a role where you'll quickly gain responsibility and exposure. You'll work directly with customers, lead review meetings, analyse performance data and collaborate with teams across the business to deliver positive outcomes. You'll learn how large customer relationships are managed while developing commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

- Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts and becoming their trusted point of contact
- Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and understanding their business objectives
- Leading regular customer review meetings, both virtually and face-to-face
- Producing insightful management information, reports and review packs that help customers make informed decisions
- Taking ownership of customer fleet policies, processes and operational performance
- Resolving customer and driver queries efficiently, ensuring excellent service throughout the customer journey
- Managing complaints and escalations through to successful resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, customer outcomes and commercial performance
- Monitoring service levels and performance metrics, recommending improvements where required
- Maintaining accurate systems, documentation and customer records
- Supporting colleagues and sharing best practice to contribute to a high-performing team culture
- Staying up to date with industry developments and Zenith's evolving products and services.
- Experience in a customer-focused, account management or client relationship role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Experience working to KPIs, SLAs and service targets
- The confidence to lead customer meetings and present information clearly and professionally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting and presenting data
- Advanced organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Experience producing customer-facing management information and business reviews
- Experience handling complex customer escalations and complaints
- Salary up to £29,705 per annum plus bonus
- 24 days annual leave & 1 day for your birthday plus bank holidays
