Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Nursing Home

Location: Sidmouth, EX10

Salary: £23.15 per hour

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Shift Pattern: Flexible Days and Nights

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team at our nursing home in Sidmouth, EX10.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and clinically skilled nurse who is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with NMC standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
Administer medications safely and maintain accurate clinical records.
Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
Supervise and support care staff, providing clinical guidance when required.
Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.

Requirements

Current NMC registration with a valid RGN PIN.
Previous experience working in a nursing home or elderly care setting is essential.
Excellent clinical, communication, and organisational skills.
A caring, professional, and compassionate approach.
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts, including weekends as required.
