Full job description

The Role

If you're confident on the phone, you enjoy talking to people, and you don't mind hearing "no" occasionally, this could be a great fit for you.

nb) This is not a sales closing role.

Your mission will be to speak with business owners, identify whether they're a good fit for our services, and from there, book qualified appointments for our sales team.

What You Will Actually Do

Make 120-150 outbound call each day to UK businesses using carefully screened data.
Speak with business owners and key decision makers
Qualify potential customers
Book quality appointments for the sales team
Update our CRM accurately
Handle objections professionally
Working towards weekly and monthly targets

What We're Looking For

You don't need 10 years of cold calling experience, but you do need the right attitude and mindset - you will suit this role if you:

Have done cold calling previously / or in your current role
Are confident speaking on the phone
Can build rapport quickly
Stay positive after rejection
Are organised, methodical, and reliable
Can use a CRM or at least learn new processes and software quickly
Want to improve and earn monthly bonuses

What You Will Get
