About the Role

As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night.

You will provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs while promoting independence, communication, and emotional wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting individuals to settle comfortably for the night
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
Following individual care plans and risk assessments
Monitoring wellbeing and responding promptly to needs throughout the night
Recording observations, interventions, and any changes in behaviour or health
Using specialist monitoring systems including epilepsy alarms, movement sensors, audio/video monitoring, and call systems
Assisting with meals, drinks, and overnight routines according to care guidelines
Working in line with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
Attending training, supervision, staff meetings, and development sessions
