Elite Training & Consultancy (Scotland) Ltd is a leading training provider committed to supporting apprentices, employers and learners across Scotland. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Modern Apprenticeship Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting the administration, compliance and onboarding activities of our Modern Apprenticeship programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys combining meticulous administration with learner engagement and stakeholder support. Working closely with our Quality & Contract Manager and wider delivery teams, you will help ensure our programmes operate efficiently, compliantly and provide an outstanding experience for apprentices from the very start of their journey.

About the Role

As a Modern Apprenticeship Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and compliance requirements of our apprenticeship contracts, maintaining accurate learner records and management information systems, and coordinating candidate onboarding activities.

A key aspect of the role will be delivering candidate inductions, ensuring apprentices have a positive introduction to their programme, understand their responsibilities and are fully informed of the support available to them throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver apprentice induction sessions.
Support the onboarding of new apprentices and ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant.
Maintain accurate learner records across internal systems and management information platforms.
Process programme registrations, certifications and learner record updates.
Audit learner documentation to ensure compliance with contractual and awarding body requirements.
Manage apprenticeship tracking systems, reports and learner databases.
Liaise with apprentices, employers, assessors and internal teams to support learner progression.
Respond to learner and employer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Support quality assurance and audit activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent learner and employer experience.

✔ Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to deliver inductions and presentations

Desirable

✔ Experience working within a training provider, education or employability environment
✔ Experience of learner onboarding, inductions or customer engagement activities
✔ Knowledge of Modern Apprenticeships or funded training programmes
✔ Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience
