About the Role

Are you a highly skilled forklift driver who thrives in a precision environment? We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to manage our specialised inventory, including high-value Quartz Slabs. This is not just a "moving boxes" job. You will handle large-format, fragile materials that require exceptional spatial awareness, patience, and a flawless safety record. What You Will Do

Precision Driving: Safely maneuver, load, and unload heavy-duty vehicles carrying fragile quartz and stone products.
Digital Inventory: Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to log stock movements in real time.
Inbound & Outbound: Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, verify paperwork, and prepare outgoing orders for safe transit.
Asset Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift forklift checks and basic preventative maintenance to ensure machinery stays in peak condition.
Yard Organisation: Keep storage bays meticulously organised to optimise space and guarantee quick retrieval.

What We Are Looking For

Certified Expertise: A valid, accredited Counterbalance or Reach forklift licence (ITSAR / RTITB preferred).
Heavy Material Experience: Proven track record handling oversized, heavy, or fragile loads (e.g., stone, glass, steel, timber).
Tech-Savvy Operators: Comfortable using digital inventory systems and warehouse software.
Safety-First Mindset: A proactive attitude toward hazard identification and maintaining a clean workspace.
Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
