Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, has strong communication skills, and is looking to develop their career within a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing telephone calls professionally
Dealing with customer and client enquiries
Filing and maintaining office records
General administrative duties
Writing letters and preparing correspondence
Managing and responding to emails
Assisting other team members with day-to-day tasks and supporting Drivers
Providing administrative support across the office as required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be confident using computers and common office software
Be organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Have a positive and professional attitude
Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
