We’re now looking for a Junior Baker / Pastry Chef with talent, ambition, and a passion for precision to join our kitchen team.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside elite chefs — including a team led by someone who has maintained multiple Michelin stars — and learn the systems and techniques behind consistently outstanding pastry and bakery service.

What We’re Looking For

Some prior experience in pastry, baking or patisserie (professional or in a high-quality environment)

Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of consistency and standards
A proactive, team-first attitude
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
