Part Time Operations Assistant

Role Overview:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Part Time Operations Assistant to join our innovative distillery team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about the craft of spirit production and eager to gain hands-on experience in distillery operations.

The position is key to our operations, helping pack products, and then preparing them for despatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily distillery operations, including bottling finished products and preparing orders for despatch.
Support the Distillery Manager and other team members in various tasks to ensure efficient operation of the distillery.
Participate in quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of our products.
Learn and apply safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Engage in the cleaning and maintenance of distillery equipment and facilities.

Good physical condition to handle manual tasks and operate machinery.

Flexibility to work in various shifts and take on different tasks as required.

Work Location:

This role is primarily based on-site at our distillery, with hands-on involvement in the production processes and operations.

Shift Patterns:

The role is a zero hours part time role, we will work with you to schedule shifts that suit your lifestyle and requirements.

Shifts are typically either full or half days, starting at either 0900 or 1300.

Shifts are scheduled on a rolling calendar, typically 14 days in advance.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
