Join Our Growing Team – Dynamic Movement Therapy Pulborough, West Sussex
We’re Hiring | Two Positions Available
- Associate Physiotherapist — MSK
- Sports Therapist Associate
Both roles are available on a self-employed associate basis, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
We also want to be upfront — if you’re the right person, we’re not going to let the employment model get in the way. For the right candidate, we are open to an employed position. If that’s something you’d like to explore, tell us in your covering letter and we’ll have that conversation.
About Dynamic Movement Therapy
We’re a values-led private clinic in Pulborough, West Sussex, with a simple mission — to help people move better, feel stronger, and live fully through expert hands-on care and guided movement, delivered with empathy, integrity, and high standards.
Alongside our clinical services sits The Den — our therapy-led movement and wellbeing space that supports patients as they transition from treatment into confident, independent movement. It’s a joined-up approach to patient care that sets us apart.
We’re growing — and we’re looking for people who share our values, not just our job titles.
Who We’re Looking For
Before we talk about the roles, we want to talk about the person.
We believe in progress over perfection. We put the human before the injury. We follow through, take responsibility, and hold ourselves to a standard we’re all proud of. How you show up matters here.
If that resonates, keep reading.
