Full job description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time supervisor at our authentic wood-fired Italian pizzeria in Bath.

£13.80 per hour basic pay plus £2-£5 per hour in tips.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented, motivated, have an excellent level of customer service and be able to work as part of a small team as well as independently.

Candidates need to have excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations.

Previous experience of working in a busy restaurant environment is preferred.

Candidates should be able to provide two references.

This position will involve working evenings and weekends as well as other shifts.

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. Your leadership will inspire team members to perform at their best, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong management skills, and has a background in food preparation and restaurant service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your culinary and leadership expertise while contributing to a vibrant dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Lead and motivate team members, including servers, cooks, and baristas, to deliver top-quality service
Oversee food production and food preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety
Manage staff schedules, delegating tasks effectively to meet restaurant demands
Monitor food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
Assist in training new employees on service procedures, food handling, and safety standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
Support culinary activities such as cooking, food presentation, and beverage service when needed

Pay: £15.80-£18.80 per hour
