Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a barber. You will be self employed and you can choose between a split comission or rent a chair. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and delivering expert hair styling and barbering services. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and ensuring a welcoming and satisfying experience for clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit
Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice when needed
Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends
Uphold the organisation’s standards of professionalism, hygiene, and presentation at all times

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or hairdressing/barbering is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for hairstyling, barbering, and delivering excellent client care
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs

We also provide some shop t-shirts and the shop use only is own hair products brand so you get discount to use it.

You get 28 days free of charge per year if you are renting a chair.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build their career in the hairdressing industry while providing top-tier service to clients.

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
