Full job description

Working in our very busy Block Management Department based within our Barnt Green Office, you should enjoy a challenge and be ready for a varied and enjoyable role.

We manage around 25 developments with around 500 flats/houses and your duties will involve.

Block Management

· Liaising with contractors, leaseholders, landlords, tenants and all other stakeholders regarding maintenance, repairs and sending correspondence.

· Progressing with emergency and general repairs.

· Assist in the preparation of service charge demands to enable deadlines to be met and assist in issuing demands for rent and service charge when due.

· Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants during the tenancy

· Ensure safety compliance and housing legislation is adhered to always

· Provide an excellent standard of customer service to build relationships with landlord/tenants

· Allocating service charge income to the correct properties

· Liaising with utilities companies

· On occasions maybe required to visit developments for inspections or to meet contractors onsite.
