Full job description

Job Summary
We're a traditional babers shop that has been trading since 1980. We are looking for a friendly, professional, enthusiastic, experienced barber to join our team. Must be competent in both traditional and modern barbering. 2 years experience in a skon environment is preferred. NVQ level 2/3 is required.

Duties

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and provide expert advice on styles and treatments
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety standards
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques
Uphold professional standards of appearance, behaviour, and hygiene at all times

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment is preferred
Skilled in hair styling, barbering, and related techniques with relevant qualifications or certifications
Strong communication skills in English, capable of engaging with diverse clientele
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when required

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic settings and are committed to delivering outstanding service. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a passion for hairstyling.

Pay: £100.00-£300.00 per day
