Full job description

Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Perth office

Salary: £30,684 - £36,666 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: 12 month Fixed Term Contract | full time | Flexible First options available

The role

As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth and accurate delivery of our UK payroll. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll help ensure colleagues are paid correctly and on time, while providing a reliable and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a team that values accuracy, continuous improvement, and working together to make processes more efficient and effective.

You will

Process weekly and monthly payroll transactions accurately, ensuring deadlines are met and colleagues are paid on time.

Build positive working relationships with colleagues and HR teams to resolve payroll queries in a timely and supportive way.

Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and ways of working.

Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring compliance with relevant processes and controls.

You have

Experience working in payroll or a similar environment, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Confidence working with numbers and systems, including Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel).

Experience using payroll and expenses systems (Oracle Payroll experience would be beneficial).

A well-organised and methodical approach, with the ability to manage deadlines calmly and effectively.

A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to providing supportive and high-quality customer service
