Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiting Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills within the catering and hospitality industry, working in a lively environment that values teamwork and customer satisfaction. Previous restaurant, bar or food service experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
Serve food and drinks efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly and courteously
Clear tables and assist with setting up for service periods
Handle transactions accurately and process payments securely
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Follow food safety regulations and company policies at all times
Assist in food preparation tasks when required, supporting the kitchen team as needed
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Basic understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques
Barista experience is a plus for roles involving beverage service
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
