Business Development Executive

Eastbourne | Full Time | Office Based
Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm

Looking for a Professional Outbound Sales Role?

Magnetic Business Development is a specialist B2B growth consultancy and strategic outbound call centre, helping ambitious organisations open doors, build relationships and secure meetings with senior decision-makers.

For more than 20 years, we've worked with clients across professional services, engineering, insurance, construction, property and other technical and regulated sectors.

This is not a high-volume consumer call centre role. Our conversations are professional, consultative and relationship-led.

The Role

You will be responsible for representing our clients professionally and creating opportunities through structured outbound campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
Securing qualified meetings with senior decision-makers
Building relationships with prospects and stakeholders
Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity notes
Supporting multiple client campaigns simultaneously
Working towards individual and team targets
Contributing ideas and market insight to campaign development

About You

You will be:

Confident and professional on the telephone
Naturally curious and commercially minded
Resilient and positively persistent
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
Motivated by achieving results and developing your skills

Experience within outbound sales, appointment setting, recruitment, customer service or business development would be advantageous, but attitude and communication skills are equally important.
