Job Summary
Join our vibrant culinary team as a Kitchen Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. In this energetic role, you will support the kitchen staff by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Duties

Assist with meal preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and standards
Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Handle food safely during preparation, storage, and serving to prevent contamination
Prepare ingredients for service, including portioning and garnishing dishes as needed
Support food service operations by helping with plating and serving meals in a timely manner
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to meet health regulations

Qualifications

Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
Willingness to follow instructions carefully and uphold hygiene standards
Previous kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for eager learners
