Salary: up to £31,500.00

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30

Location: Exeter

This is an exciting opportunity to join City West Country Ltd in our Fleet team as a Van Sales Support. dealership! We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a Van Sales environment ready to take the next step in their career.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Sales Support, youll be a key part of the Fleet LCV operation supporting the LCV Sales across multiple brands and channels.

Your role will focus on:

Supporting our Fleet LCV Managers
Taking control or the order right through to delivery
Maintaining compliant, well-managed vehicle and customer records
Managing our external supplier relationships
Understanding the progression of vehicles through bodybuilders/sub contractors
Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data integrity
Helping the business meet performance and manufacturer standards
Managing customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Supporting the team during peak periods to ensure smooth delivery

Youll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly and in delivering the high standards our customers expect.

What Were Looking For

Youll bring:
- Previous LCV knowledge and experience are essential
- Stock and sales ordering
- Spec checking orders
- Invoicing, registering and organising deliveries
- Claiming OEM support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A professional, approachable communication style
- A proactive mindset and willingness to support the wider team
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
