Full-time, Permanent

Philip Warren Butchers are looking for a skilled and passionate butcher to join our growing team.

We’re proud to supply some of the best restaurants and chefs across the UK, working with exceptional produce and maintaining the high standards our reputation has been built on for years.

This role would suit either an experienced butcher looking for their next opportunity, or an experienced chef wanting a change from long evenings and service while still working hands-on with quality produce.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about craftsmanship, consistency and doing things properly.

Responsibilities:

Breaking down and preparing meat to a high standard
Portioning and preparing orders for restaurant customers across the UK
Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation across all products
Working efficiently as part of a skilled production team
Assisting with stock rotation within the department
Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What we’re looking for:

Previous butchery experience preferred
Experienced chefs with strong knife skills and a passion for quality produce are encouraged to apply
Pride in your work and strong attention to detail
Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
Good organisation and communication skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
