Job Summary

Duties

Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their style goals and offer expert advice
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall barber area in compliance with health regulations
Schedule appointments efficiently while managing walk-in clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends and techniques to deliver modern, fashionable looks
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster a welcoming atmosphere
Assist in maintaining inventory of grooming products and tools to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar hair styling role with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Strong communication skills in English for clear consultations and team collaboration
Skilled in barbering techniques including cutting, trimming, shaving, and styling hair
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for staying current on grooming trends and enhancing client satisfaction
