Business Development Executive – Commercial Finance
Kettering Area | Office Based
£26,000 Basic | Uncapped Commission | Realistic £70,000+ OTE in Year One

Build a career, not just another sales job

You'll receive industry-leading training from day one, learning how to help businesses secure funding that supports their growth.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals, build lasting client relationships and develop into a trusted commercial finance specialist, with genuine opportunities to progress into senior and leadership positions as your career develops.

Your role

Speak with business owners about their funding requirements.
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Develop long-term customer relationships.
Attend networking events and client meetings.
Achieve realistic targets with the support of an experienced team.

We're looking for someone who has:

At least 2 years' sales experience.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A competitive, self-motivated attitude.
The ambition to build a long-term career.
A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Commercial finance experience isn't essential. If you've got the drive, we'll teach you the rest.

Location
Office-based within easy commuting distance of Kettering.

Ideal for candidates living within approximately one hour, including Northampton, Corby, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Leicester, Rugby, Bedford and Milton Keynes.

A full UK driving licence and your own transport are essential.
