Summary

We are seeking skilled Bricklayers (masculine) and Bricklayers (feminine) to join our dedicated team in Barnsley. This role is vital in helping us build new houses on-site, contributing to our mission of delivering top-tier residential construction projects. The position is based in Barnsley, where you will play a key role in creating durable and aesthetically pleasing structures. We have a matrix of rates to work with and are happy to share them with you, please ask John.
Responsibilities

Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units with precision to meet project specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness of the worksite and proper care of tools.
Assist in the preparation of mortar and other materials.
Support the team in meeting project deadlines without compromising quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in bricklaying or masonry work.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and masonry techniques.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction sites.
Preferred: experience with roofing or carpentry is advantageous.
