Full job description

We are looking for a reliable cleaner to work 3am - 6am Monday to Friday in the south Kirby area. Must have own car to get to work due to location and out of hours working

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services and a keen eye for detail, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work within a professional setting, contributing to the upkeep of clean and well-organised spaces.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish responsibly
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly
Follow specified cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained regularly
Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning duties to the supervisor
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with an organised approach to tasks
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes
Reliable with a professional attitude towards cleanliness standards
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety protocols is advantageous
