Job Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Software Sales
Location: Talbot Green
Working Pattern: Hybrid, includes 3 days each week in the office
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + £30,000 OTE (£65,000 OTE)

Role Overview
This role focuses on growing SaaS revenues for selected Tes software solutions among existing accounts and new prospects. The primary objective is to identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and build relationships to secure new sales and increase revenue.
Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, demonstrating software products using a value-based approach, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
You will report into the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities

Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business
Maintain accurate revenue and opportunity forecasting
Keep CRM up-to-date at all times
Stay current on market and product knowledge, including competitive positioning
Rapidly increase the penetration of TES software solutions in line with sales targets
Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, adhering to consistent processes and methodologies
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities and secure sales

Experience in sales with a proven record of exceeding targets
