Trainee Technical Estimator (uPVC & Aluminium Window Industry)

Location: Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole, Dorset

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum + Full Training Provided

The Role:

Pure Windows is looking for a Trainee Technical Estimator to join our busy office team in Poole. No prior window industry experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong numerical and computer skills looking to build a long-term career within a stable and growing industry.

Full Training: Comprehensive training provided on our specialist software, products, and systems.
Quoting: Translating customer requirements and sketches into professional digital quotes.
Liaising: Coordinating with trade customers to ensure specifications are correct before production.
Communication: Interacting with customers via email, over the phone, and in person.

A Successful Applicant Will Have:

Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential within our industry. This attention to detail creates repeat business, valued relationships, and a professional reputation.
Strong Numerical Skills: Comfortable working with measurements, figures, and calculations.
Good Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking professionally with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
Positive Attitude: Reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic to learn.
