JENKI is a fast-growing, people-first brand bringing the joy of matcha to London. We’re building something exciting — opening new locations across Central London, and we’re looking for a Supervisor who leads from the front, brings great energy to the team, and is passionate about delivering standout hospitality.

At JENKI, every day is about creating uplifting moments, serving top-quality drinks, and sharing positive vibes with our community.

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading shifts, supporting your team on the floor, and making sure every guest leaves with an amazing JENKI experience.

What you’ll do:

Lead by example on shift, bringing energy, positivity, and warmth to every interaction
Support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the store
Take ownership of shift management — ensuring service runs efficiently and to a high standard
Coach and support team members in the moment to deliver their best work
Be a people person who builds strong connections with both team and guests
Ensure drinks quality and service standards are consistently excellent
Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep things flowing

Who you are:

A natural team leader who enjoys supporting and motivating others
Experience in hospitality or retail, ideally with some shift-leading responsibility
Friendly, proactive, and confident taking ownership on shift
Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
Passionate about great service and being part of a growing brand
