Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating and developing athletes of all skill levels. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and motivating environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
Educate athletes on the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport.
Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring they are engaging, challenging, and safe.
Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
Foster a supportive team culture that promotes respect, discipline, and fair play.
Organise and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitive events.
Stay updated on coaching techniques, safety protocols, and relevant sports regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in Tennis coaching and hold an LTA instructor qulaification.
Strong knowledge of the sport being coached, including its rules and strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire athletes.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.
A strong passion for sports and athlete development is essential.
