Full job description

Sales Negotiator - Full Time - 5 days per week (Mon-Fri), with occasional Saturday cover.

The opportunity has arisen to join the successful team at A J Eyre and Sons Independent Estate Agents in Waterlooville.

Estate agency background is preferable.

Our business is built upon our excellent reputation and extensive knowledge. We are seeking a Sales Negotiator who is confident, honest, courteous and articulate.

Start Date: Flexible

Salary: Depending on experience (including car allowance and commission).

Holiday: Statutory entitlement.

The role as a sales negotiator will include:

Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
Registering new applicants and understanding their property requirements
Carrying out property valuations and providing expert market advice to clients
Matching applicants with suitable properties and introducing them to relevant opportunities
Arranging and conducting property viewings to the highest professional standard
Obtaining and communicating viewing feedback promptly to keep clients fully informed
Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients
Progressing sales from offer to completion, ensuring transactions proceed efficiently and smoothly
Completing general administrative duties and maintaining accurate property and client records
Advantageous but not essential - Producing high-quality marketing photography and detailed floor plans for property listings.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Full driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
Experience within the industry (or relevant sales experience within a similar industry)
Past experience of proactively generating new business
Confident and polite manner
Organisational skills and reliability
Resilient and positive attitude
Initiative and ability to work within a changeable and dynamic environment
Stable employment history
Knowledge of the local area
Most importantly, a strong work ethic

Waterlooville, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
